Village Hall Bookings
Failand Village Hall is a busy, frequently used facility, therefore planning and booking well in advance is recommended.
Please Note: All trustees (including the booking secretary and bar secretary) are volunteers and will return telephone calls / messages as soon as it is possible usually keeping to ‘office hours’.
The deposit is a booking fee for the date reserved and is not returnable should the booking be cancelled (the bar extension fee will be returned).
The balance of the fee should be sent to the booking secretary 15 days before the date of hiring.
Keys may be collected by prior arrangement from Failand Post Office.
Keys will only released half and hour before the start of the time booked.
Please download and read these important notes prior to using the hall.
